Elections & Voting

PRIMARY ELECTION: August 9, 2016 

GENERAL ELECTION: November 8, 2016


The City Clerk’s Office is responsible for coordination of all Federal, State, County and City elections where residents of the City of Virginia are eligible to vote.

City Council and Mayoral elections are held every four years on the even year.

Election Judges are enlisted to help make election day run smooth.
